TRIBAL GOVERNANCE

The Wichita Juda Restoration Committee is an active duel head committee established by the Wichita City Council, co-chaired by a Chief of Juda and a Wichita City Councilman. The committee holds bi-monthly meetings.

Governmental Structure

The Holy Kingdom of Judah is a sovereign, peaceful, Hebraic tribal nation governed by the Royal House of Judah and a Council of Chiefs acknowledged by the Wichita City Council.

Presence in Wichita

The Juda Tribal Council of Chiefs has launched community initiatives in Wichita, considered the "operational heart" due to its central location and welcoming environment. The Holy Kingdom of Judah Tribal Council of Chiefs has established a tribal office in District One and is working to establish a Tribal Community Center.

Self Governance

The "Holy Kingdom of Judah" is acknowledged by the City of Wichita and the state of Kansas. The "Holy Kingdom of Judah is a sovereign Hebraic tribal nation and therefore not a federally recognized Native American tribe by the U.S. government. The Holy Kingdom of Judah exercises and demonstrates inherent sovereign authority through its direct administration of public-safety initiatives within Wichita, Kansas. The Safe Homes, Safe Streets tribal gun buy-back program includes the authorized tribal destruction of recovered firearms, a core governmental function that removes weapons from circulation and directly reduces violent-crime risk. By performing this high-trust public-safety role — including chain-of-custody procedures, secure storage, and lawful disposal — the Tribe provides a measurable protective service that strengthens Wichita’s security infrastructure. This makes the Holy Kingdom of Judah a tangible asset to local government. These initiatives collectively provide concrete, observable evidence of a self-governing national body operating with continuity, institutional structure, and public benefit, thereby reinforcing the Tribe’s legal and political standing as a functioning sovereign nation. Wichita’s placement of the Holy Kingdom of Judah’s official seal upon a governmental document constitutes a public act of governmental recognition of the Tribe’s political identity. Such inclusion affirms the Tribe’s lawful authority to engage as a governing body in civic and administrative matters. This action creates documented intergovernmental relations that reinforce and substantiate the Tribe’s sovereign legitimacy in the public record.

Mission

The Holy Kingdom of Judah's mission includes re-educating, rehabilitating, protecting, and restoring its people, while promoting global peace and reintegrating tribespeople into their cultural heritage.
